Joey Mercury Returning to WWE, NXT Debut, Awesome Kong Update, Jim Ross Blogs

- Former WWE Superstar Joey Mercury will be returning to WWE, as he has signed a WWE contract.  Most likely, he will skip FCW and go straight to the main roster.  Joey was released from WWE in 2007.

- The debut of WWE's new show, NXT, will be on February 23, 2010.  NXT will be replacing ECW and it will air at the same time on the same channel.

- TNA Knockout Awesome Kong was not granted her release from TNA when she recently requested it.  This puts an end to all rumors that Kong could be signing with WWE.
