Booker T/WWE Update, Smackdown! Rating, ECW Rating, WWE Tour of China, WWE Superstar Requests Release

- Recently, negotiations between Booker T and WWE have receded.  This does not mean Booker T is not returning to WWE, however nothing will be happening in the very near future. 

- The November 27, 2009 edition of Friday Night Smackdown drew a 2.1 cable rating.

- The December 8, 2009 edition of ECW drew a .8 cable rating.  This is the worst rating ECW has ever done.

- PWInsider is reporting that WWE is close to finalizing a tour of China in 2010.  This would be WWE's first tour in China.

- WWE Superstar Charlie Haas requested his release from WWE a few months ago, however, WWE ended up re-signing him and giving him a raise.  The thought is that Charlie Haas was wanted in TNA and was planning on going to TNA, however WWE wanted to prevent that from happening.
