Updated List of Royal Rumble Participants, John Cena Injury Update, Bret Hart on Raw, Jim Ross Blogs

- WWE has updated their list of confirmed Royal Rumble participants.  There are now 24 participants announced and confirmed by WWE.  You can see the official list of participants at this link.

- John Cena has been undergoing heat/ice therapy, among other treatments, for his back, which has been having problems as of late.

- The Wrestling Observer is reporting that Bret Hart will be on Raw on January 25, 2010.
