I didn't even know what to title this blog. Jeff Hardy is just flat out insane. This time two years ago it looked like he was going to be the next big thing in WWE, he was getting a push, and the fans loved him. Fast forward to now and he is an absolute mess. I don't know exactly what went down at Victory Road, but I do know that both TNA and Jeff put on what will go down as an infamous moment in pro wrestling. From what I'm gathering about this ordeal, he showed up at Victory Road is pretty crappy shape, and in no shape to wrestle at all. Knowing this, the powers at be over at the stellar promotion that is TNA Wrestling decided to send Jeff out there to be squshed by Sting and hope for the best. In a not-so-surprising series of events, everything failed horribly. Jeff staggered down the ring bobbing his head like a pigeon on drugs. He was then pinned by Sting in a main event that lasted just under two minutes. Adn that was that. Main event over. First off, Jeff shuld be fired from TNA for showing up to an event like that, and second, Dixie Carter should fire the genius who decided that sending Jeff out to the ring was a good idea.
Things aren't looking very good in the land of TNA. Exploiting a real life divorce involving children in Angle vs. Jarrett, cutting unprofessinal promos backstage where creepy camera men bardge into the mens room to evesdrop on Ric Flair, and sending out Jeff Hardy to wrestle in what they knew would be the one match worse than the finger poke of doom.
In 20 years when TNA is gone and WWE buys the video library they'll release a DVD on the history of TNA titled something along the lines of WCW 2: Let's Watch Eric Bischoff and Vince Russo Kill Another Promotion!.
